President Donald Trump hailed his achievements during his first 200 days in office, while urging his supports not to "believe the Fake News Suppression Polls," in a tweet Tuesday.
Trump's poor numbers in many recent polls, including a CNN survey released this week showing his approval rating at just 38 percent, have prompted media coverage over his accomplishments as president. Barely more than a third of respondents rated his first six months as a success, and almost 60 percent called it a failure.
The poll also found that a majority of Americans don't approve of how Trump uses Twitter, which the vast majority saying it sends the wrong message to world leaders, that it's a risky method of communication for a president, and that his tweets are too often misleading or easily misunderstood.
Fox News noted on Sunday that 1,074,000 jobs have been added during Trump's time in office.
