Republican Ovide Lamontagne is slightly ahead of Democrat Maggie Hassan in New Hampshire's gubernatorial race, according to a new Rasmussen poll released on Saturday.

A telephone survey of Likely Voters in the Granite State shows Lamontagne earning 48 percent of the vote, while Hassan picks up 44 percent support.

Two percent prefer some other candidate, and 7 percent are undecided, Rasmussen noted.
