White House: Obama-Hillary Ticket Not Being Contemplated

While star Washington Post journalist Bob Woodward says a 2012 ticket of President Obama and Secretary of State Hillary Clinton is “on the table,” The White House begs to differ. "No one in the White House is discussing this as a possibility," White House press secretary Robert Gibbs told CNN, The Hill reports.

Of course it’s not clear whether it would be a dream or a nightmare for Democrats. Woodward told CNN, "Some of Hillary Clinton's advisers see it as a real possibility in 2012."

Speculation has arisen that Vice President Biden will quit in 2012, but the White House usually dismisses such talk.
