Presidential hopeful Michele Bachmann's "Real Jobs Right Now" tax plan calls for flattening and simplifying taxes across the board, the Minnesota Republican congresswoman said on "Fox News Sunday."

"When you flatten taxes and simplify taxes, that creates growth," Bachmann said.

She said the entire U.S. tax code should be abolished — an assertion that GOP candidate and businessman Herman Cain also makes.

When asked about Cain's position that, while abortion should be illegal, it remains a personal decision that should be left to families and individuals, Bachmann seized the opportunity to accuse him of flip flopping.

"This is an issue you can't get wrong," she said. "I can tell you, here in Iowa, people want to make sure that our nominee is 100-percent pro-life, 100-percent standing for marraige between a man and a woman, and they certainly don't want to see terrorists, like Khalid Shaikh Mohammed, released from Guantanamo Bay."
