Rod Blagojevich's brother is undergoing a withering cross examination by a federal prosecutor who is accusing him of doing favors for contributors to the ousted governor's campaign fund.

Robert Blagojevich acknowledged at the former governor's corruption trial Tuesday that he sent the resume of a woman to the governor's chief of staff. But he says it wasn't a reward for her uncle's $10,000 campaign contribution.

Robert Blagojevich also conceded he knew at least one contributor hoped for state work but says that it was not used as leverage for a campaign contribution.

Both brothers have pleaded not guilty to scheming to sell or trade President Barack Obama's former Senate seat. Robert Blagojevich has pleaded not guilty to helping pressure businessmen illegally for campaign funds.
