Many political strategists have recently come to the view that Republicans will take back control of both chambers of Congress in November’s elections. And voters apparently agree, Politico reports.

Poll, Voters, GOP, House, SenateA new Politico/George Washington University poll shows that voters by a 45 percent to 36 percent margin expect Republicans to win control of the House. And the margin is 46 percent to 37 percent that the GOP regains the Senate.

And that consensus view developed despite the fact that poll respondents were evenly split – 43 percent to 43 percent – as to whether they will vote Democrat or Republican on Nov. 2.
