Steven Emerson, speaking on CNBC on Sept. 25 and Fox News Sept. 29, says the Sept. 24 terror arrests throughout the United States were "unprecedented."

"There is no doubt about it. And there are other plots . . . that have not been announced that are still in the process of being investigated."
