If you're expecting to be dazzled by the Obama jobs plan, don't get too excited.

While the White House has been busy hyping a plan that the media reported the president's advisers are "scrambling" to put together, it's starting to look like all the other Obama initiatives — poorly thought out and rolled out.

Under pressure from the public, which is rightfully panicked about our country's dismal employment picture, the White House announced it would be announcing a jobs plan - but only after the President's Martha's Vineyard vacation.
