Report: Russia Strikes Ukrainian Port, Energy Facilities in Odesa

The Russian defense ministry said on Thursday that its forces had struck port facilities and energy infrastructure in Ukraine's Odesa region that were used by the Ukrainian army, Russian news agency Interfax reported.
