The Kremlin on Tuesday declined to comment on U.S. and Ukrainian statements that Russia had fired North Korean missiles at Ukrainian targets in recent days.

In a call with reporters, Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov refused to comment on the allegations, but said that Ukraine had struck Russian civilian targets using missiles sourced from multiple Western countries.
