Russia's Election Commission Accepts Putin's Documents as Presidency Candidate

Russia's central election commission on Wednesday accepted documents from Vladimir Putin needed to register him as a candidate in next March's presidential ballot. Putin submitted the documents in person, Reuters TV showed. The central election commission is due to say whether he is registered as a candidate during the next couple of days.
