Russian overnight attack dealt "significant" damage to an energy facility in Ukraine's Odesa region, private energy firm DTEK said on Wednesday.

Energy engineers already restored power to 7,000 households, while 26,900 remained without power as of the morning, according to the statement on Telegram.
