German Man Arrested after Explosives Found in Apartment

BERLIN (AP) — German police say they have arrested a man after finding explosives during a raid on his apartment.

Frankfurt an der Oder police told the dpa news agency Wednesday that the suspect is a 27-year-old German man who lived in the eastern city of Eisenhuettenstadt.

Further details weren't immediately available and Frankfurt police phone lines were busy.
