A shooting erupted outside the Clinton Presidential Library in Little Rock, Ark., according to reports Monday night.

"We believe it's going to be a robbery," Officer Richard Higleman told The Washington Post.

The officer said authorities believe two men came to the parking lot to sell blue jeans when three black males arrived and robbed one of the men selling the jeans.

The suspects "fired multiple rounds" and struck one of the two men in the leg, the officer told the Post.

The 19-year-old victim shot in the leg; his injury was to life-threatening, according to KTHV.
