"The View" host Rosie O'Donnell reportedly used a Democratic National Committee fundraiser at a ritzy Manhattan home to lobby President Barack Obama for better mental health care.

The New York Post reports O'Donnell — who has spoken publicly about her battle with depression — grilled the president Tuesday on the subject at the Chelsea brownstone of Bill White, the former president of the Intrepid Museum, and Bryan Eure, where guests ponied up $25,000 each to attend — including actor Mark Wahlberg and Hollywood mogul Harvey Weinstein.

"Page Six" editor Emily Smith reports
O'Donnell pushed for mental health care especially for children in need.

"We’re told Obama agreed with Rosie that 'we need to do much more,' and gave her the contact details of one of his senior aides to discuss this further," Smith reports.

Smith reports the president also revealed the first lady is looking forward to the day the family moves out of the White House.

"My wife is looking forward to a rest," Obama is quoted as saying.

The Chelsea fundraiser raised as much as $810,000 for the DNC, the Post reports.

The event was one of three DNC fundraisers Obama hit in one day.

At a second fundraiser at a Tribeca restaurant, guests paid $1,000 or more to attend, while the president's last stop was at the Greenwich, Conn., home of real-estate investor Richard Richman.
