Jury Picked in Baltimore Trial of Officer Charged in Man's Death

A jury was selected on Wednesday in the trial of a Baltimore police officer charged in the death of a black man who died from an injury in police custody, triggering rioting and protests.

The panel of eight black and four white jurors was chosen in Baltimore City Circuit Court. Opening arguments could begin as soon as Wednesday, a court spokeswoman said.
