YouTube is coming under fire for hosting videos that demonstrate how to build drones that can hold and fire weapons.
According to The Sun, the videos show how easy it can be to convert a standard drone into a killer one.
Retired Army Ranger Paul Scharre told the website that YouTube users can find the videos mere seconds after they visit the video website.
"It's a terrifying reality that we're going to have to confront," Scharre said. "People can build simple autonomous weapons and carrier weapons for terrorist attacks from their garage."
Drone sightings have become more and more common at airports across the world, which in some cases have resulted in entire airports shutting down until the drone is either located or leaves the area because of safety issues.
Fighters from the Islamic State (ISIS) have even used weaponized drones to attack coalition forces.
It was reported earlier this month that the Army is working to develop a net gun to snare drones midair if they enter closed airspace or if they pose a threat.
