Fans waiting for "X-Men Apocalypse" got a sneak peek Monday when supposed director Bryan Singer started a new Instagram account and posted a photo showing just a slice of the movie script.
That angled shot of the script highlights a few words that have fans excited for the sequel to "X-Men: Days of Future Past."

Although Singer’s post generated some excitement, it's still not confirmed that he'll be directing the project. (
He was recently accused of drugging and raping a teenager.) However, 20th Century Fox's president of production Emma Watts indicated in an
interview with The Hollywood Reporter that Singer would be working on the film.
Still, he’s definitely a producer even if some suspect the director job is a little shaky, and he tweeted a photo of himself with co-writers Simon Kinberg and Michael Dougherty recently.
Many fans seemed excited by the "four horsemen" mentioned in the Instagram photo, but perhaps they didn't stick around for the tail end of "Days of Future Past." A commenter on the photo wrote: "You didn't see them at the end of the movie?! #DOFP” but that didn’t do much to damper enthusiasm at the concept.
“Still shivering from the sheer scale of awesomeness that was X-Men Days of Future Past ... I'm all in,” one person wrote.
“X-Men: Days of Future Past” was the highest-grossing movie of the series, raking in $712 million so far. The franchise itself hit $3 billion in the past week.
