Receipts she posted on Instagram show she spent hundreds of dollars a month on her Bux-only diet.
The 40-year-old mom of two said it got hard toward the end.
"In the last month, in the last couple weeks, it's been really difficult. People had pizza at the office last week and I was dying,"
Existence told the New York Daily News. "I'm happy to be able to eat whatever I want (again)."
Most people want to know why she'd choose to do such a thing, and the
answer on her blog was, ""WHY? am I doing this challenge? Or WHY? will I do any challenge in the future? Because I LOVE being human and I LOVE the privilege of being able to ask the question WHY? in the first place!"
What was the first thing she ate after her Starbucks diet ended? Fish and chips at Ivars, a local seafood restaurant.
Her resolution for 2014 is to learn every recreational sport through REI.
