Warren Sapp suffered a shark bite while lobstering on Wednesday, but that didn't stop the former Buccaneers defensive tackle from enjoying the rest of his fishing trip.

Two Conchs Charters, posted a gruesome photo on Instagram of the shark bite on Sapp's left forearm.

Charter captain Jack Carlson told the Tampa Bay Times that Sapp "may need stitches," but added that the bite didn't slow him down.

"We bandaged it up, put some gauze on there, some black electrical tape and hit a couple more spots, then headed in," Carlson told the newspaper.

Carlson said the shark — probably a small nurse shark about four-feet long — was going for the same lobster that Sapp was trying to pull in about seven miles from Marathon in the Florida Keys.

Ultimately, Sapp appeared to enjoy the fishing trip, as indicated by posts he made on Twitter and Instagram.
