The drama surrounding actress-turned-reality-TV-star Tori Spelling continued as a report about her entering rehab was branded "not true" by source close to the actress
who's talking to E! News.
The rebuttal was in response to an InTouch Weekly article that said the 40-year-old mother of four was planning to enter rehab following
her recent 6-day hospitalization.

The source disputed the report, telling E! News that the rehab reports were "not true" and that there is "no rehab" in sight for the reality TV star.
The rehab rumor is the latest twist in Spelling's well-publicized personal life courtesy of the Lifetime docu-series "True Tori." In the series, the former "Beverly Hills, 90210" star airs her personal struggles with husband
Dean McDermott, who recently opened up about his substance abuse problems and infidelity.
"I was drinking and using drugs, man. I was not dealing with things that happened to me in the past," McDermott told a friend in a revealing episode of "True Tori" that aired on Tuesday.
"I have a brain that wants to kill me," McDermott added when pressed by his friend why he would cheat on his wife of seven years. "I have a brain that wants me dead. That's how the alcoholic mind thinks."
The Canadian actor,
who has gone to rehab for his self-destructive behavior, concluded by telling his friend that he is on the verge of hitting rock bottom, which is motivating him to turn his life around.
"It's not like I was looking for sex. . . I need to change. I am on the verge of losing everything that means anything to me in this world. My wife and my family," McDermott concluded.
Though the reason for Spelling's secret 6-day hospital stay has yet to be disclosed, McDermott apparently spent 10-hour days at the hospital last week caring for his wife, a source told E! News.
In an interview with
US Weekly earlier in April, Spelling told the celebrity gossip magazine, "You don't stop loving someone because they do something really bad to you."
"He was my soul mate, but he completely broke my heart. It makes you not trust anything that's happened in your relationship," Spelling continued. "But until I figure it out, I don't want my kids to know any different . . . I owe this relationship more than just saying something horrible happened and dismissing it. I need to figure out if he can change."
