A Tim Hortons customer threw her poop at an employee during an argument in a Canadian restaurant, video footage of the incident showed.

The woman was shown arguing with a cashier at the restaurant, then pulling down her pants and defecating right there in the restaurant before throwing the excrement at the employee, who quickly moved away, The Daily Mail reported.

She also threw dirty napkins she used to wipe at the cashier. Police were called and the woman was arrested but was later released, the Mail reported. She has not yet been charged in the incident, but will have to appear for a court date at some point.

Under Canadian law, committing an indecent act in a public place with intent to insult or offend someone can carry a prison term of up to two years, the Mail reported. The woman was not identified by police, who are reviewing the incident to determine whether she should be charged.

Tim Hortons said in a statement that the woman’s actions resulted from the employee denying the woman access to the restroom because of “past behavior” and to protect others in the restroom, CBC News reported.

“In limited cases across the country, restaurants have a restricted access policy for restrooms to ensure the well-being of our guests,” the written statement reported, according to CBC News.

Global News reported that some Tim Hortons locations have a key or buzzer that is required to enter the restroom.

Tim Hortons said it was “deeply concerned” about the video footage and that the safety of employees and guests is “a top priority,” Global News reported.
