Three-time Grammy winner Thom Yorke was quite curiously edited onto the front cover of an Iranian sex manual, a Middle East reporter recently discovered.
According to Metro U.K., Twitter user @Mehr_Dad explained that he found the "Marital and Sexual Problems in Men" book "about three years ago at my uncle’s bookstore located in Mashhad, Iran." The photo was soon picked up by reporter Sobhan Hassanvand, who promoted it on his own Twitter profile — where it quickly went viral.
The Twitterati were delighted by the oddity, and quickly pointed out that one of the other men on the cover appeared to be American novelist John Updike.
Several publications reached out to see if Yorke, the lead singer of British rock band Radiohead, had any comment on the sex manual — positive or negative — but he has yet to respond.
In the meantime, another Twitter user pointed out that Yorke's face has also been used to sell headache medicine in Russia.
