When they were let in, they discovered a 59-year-old male with multiple stab wounds to the head lying on a bloody hallway floor between the entryway and the kitchen. The victim was pronounced dead at the scene. In a statement, police said they believe the heel of a stiletto shoe was used as the murder weapon.

The county district attorney's office is handling the case and working to find out exactly what happened, Harris County District Attorney spokeswoman Sara Kinney told ABC News.
