A local Philadelphia TV reporter who was nearly knocked over by a wave of slush cast off a snowplow Monday morning didn’t skip a beat as he bounced right back into his live weather report.
Fox Philadelphia's veteran weathercaster Steve Keeley was broadcasting live from rural Woodstown, N.J., Monday when a caravan of snowplows drove by. His back to the road, Keeley didn't see the avalanche of snow coming his way and was blasted nearly off his feet.

A couple of his crew members can be heard yelling and a woman shouted, "Steve!" but Keeley launched right back into his report.
"That is the beauty of breaking news," he said smiling.
He later talked about the incident on "Good Day Philadelphia."
"You know I've spent my whole time here, ever since the invention of YouTube, I have done everything I could to avoid being a YouTube star, and I think that hit will be on YouTube," Keeley said.
Fox 29 reported that someone claiming to be the snowplow driver called the station and apologized, saying they didn’t see Keeley standing by the street.
The clip of Keeley's run-in with the snowplow went viral, earning mentions on all the late-night TV shows Monday. Keeley himself also had some fun with the mishap on Twitter.
