Tennis champion Serena Williams seemed to announce she is 20 weeks pregnant in a photo on Snapchat Wednesday, then took the photo down from the social media site a few hours later.
Williams posted a selfie of her baby bump in a yellow bathing suit with the caption “20 weeks.” She later took the photo down, but sources close to Williams told TMZ she is pregnant, although her reps have not yet confirmed the pregnancy.
In December, Williams became engaged to Reddit co-founder Alexix Ohanian. She won her latest Grand Slam title, the Australian Open, in January when she would have been 10 weeks pregnant.
Over her career, Williams has won 39 major titles, which is tops among active players. She also has been ranked No. 1 in the world seven times, including in 2017. Some experts rank her as the top tennis player of all time.
Williams has not played any matches since the Australian Open, saying she had a knee injury for both Indian Wells and the Miami Open. She is currently scheduled for Madrid in early May.
