Kris Jenner is being sued by her former security guard for sexual harassment. The 64-year-old momager is facing legal action from Marc McWilliams, who has also accused the security company he worked for, as well as Kourtney Kardashian, for fostering a hostile work environment, and for racial and gender discrimination and retaliation.
In the legal documents obtained by Page Six on Wednesday, McWilliams claimed Kim Kardashian’s mom subjected him to a "persistent and shocking pattern of sexual harassment and gender discrimination" which started in May 2017. She "embarked on a pattern of conduct involving non-consensual physical contact" of an "inappropriate and sexual nature."
McWilliams said no action was taken after he lodged a complaint to Jenner, his supervisors, and to human resources between May 2017 and September 2018. In the filing, McWilliams stated he was later "suspended" from working alongside Jenner after she "began intentionally retaliating against" him. McWilliams stated that he continued to work for Kourtney Kardashian until he was terminated from his position.
A family lawyer, Marty Singer, said Jenner and Kardashian "vehemently" deny the "completely false" accusations made by McWilliams.
"His absurd allegations are clearly fabricated and are contrary to easily confirmed facts. Kris never acted inappropriately toward him," Singer said in a statement.
According to the lawyer, the security company McWilliams worked for stopped assigning him work after he was "repeatedly caught sleeping in his car" on the job.
"Significantly, McWilliams never made any complaints to his employer about Kris until contriving this ludicrous claim a year later," Singer added. "Although Kourtney is named in the suit, she is not accused of doing anything improper, nor did she do so. When Kris and Kourtney defeat this frivolous lawsuit, they intend to immediately sue McWilliams and his attorneys for malicious prosecution."
