Sarah Palin Channel Shows Sexy Sweater: Is It a Wardrobe Malfunction?

By    |   Tuesday, 23 Dec 2014 04:34 PM

Reports of an apparent wardrobe malfunction by former Alaska Gov. Sarah Palin on her Sarah Palin Channel are drawing attention and sparking debate online.

In the episode, dedicated to Christmas traditions and recipes, Palin is seen working with a pie, and when the camera pans up to her face, it appears her shoulders and upper arms are bare and she is wearing a lacy undergarment.

In an article titled "Ho, ho, ho! Sarah Palin wishes fans holiday cheer as sweater falls down," the New York Daily News blasts the former vice presidential candidate for "giving her fans a fleshy surprise as a holiday gift" while "revealing a whole lot of sun-kissed Alaskan skin and a sexy black undergarment."

However, the sweater does not seem to fall in the video. It appears the garment was designed either to show the arms and shoulders or to have that illusion.

Twitter users took the Daily News to task, calling the story sexist.
