Rachel Frederickson, the woman who was criticized for dropping more than 150 pounds on "The Biggest Loser" two months ago, has gained back 20 pounds and says she has no complaints.
Fredrickson opened up to Us Weekly this week about how she stays healthy, how she indulges, and what life has been like since NBC's competitive weight-loss show wrapped.
"I've gone up about 20 pounds," Frederickson told the magazine. "I think I'm at my perfect weight!"

The 24-year-old famously dropped 155 pounds — about 60 percent of her original body weight — as she competed to win the $250,000 grand prize. Her transformation from 260 to 105 pounds prompted comments from both ends of the spectrum. While some applauded her new figure, others were concerned that he lost too much weight too quickly.
One of those who voiced concerns was "Biggest Loser" trainer Jillian Michaels.
"I was stunned," Michaels told HuffPost Live in February. "I thought she had lost too much weight."
Now Frederickson, a former competitive swimmer and current voice actor, is more realistic when it comes to maintaining her diet, workout regimen, and sanity.
"I work out an hour, six days a week. I love classes like SoulCycle," Fredrickson told US Weekly. "I also loosely count calories, but sometimes I might eat an Oreo. It's not the end of the world."
Fredrickson also stays motivated thanks to monthly check-in calls with fellow contestants, and she also utilizes a show-supplied nutritionist.
"Our nutritionist is available 24/7," Fredrickson said. "I'll call her from the farmers market and say, 'What is this? How would I cook it?'"
