Planned Parenthood Branch: 'We Need a Disney Princess Who's Had An Abortion'

A Pennsylvania branch of Planned Parenthood tweeted Tuesday “we need a Disney princess who has had an abortion,” among other statements. 

The tweet, which was active for about two hours and then deleted, listed several other wished-for types of Disney princesses, including “pro-choice,” “undocumented immigrants,” “union workers,” and “trans.”

Before the tweet was deleted, it got hundreds of replies, many of which stated children do not need to be exposed to these issues. National Review captured some of the replies. 

“Planned Parenthood @PPFA has murdered 3,000,000 Disney Princesses in the last 10 years,”@cynicpolitic wrote.

“I don’t think girls who are young enough to like Disney princesses need to know about abortion or other complex social issues. Just my opinion,” @Stephanie30723 chimed in.

“We need a Disney princess who stumps for sex-selective abortions on the taxpayer dime then lectures us about what small children they would have killed should watch for entertainment,” was Ben Shapiro’s take. 

Others got ahold of a screenshot of the tweet even after it was deleted and gave their two cents that way.

I can at least see the value behind their wanting more inclusion in media, even though they could've voiced this opinion IMMENSELY better.

Thanks to all who took screenshots to share. The Truth must be told about these ghouls. I have no idea what Walt Disney thought about abortion, but I'm absolutely sure he wasn't interested in putting it in a frickin' movie for children.

I'm for a princess who is pro-choice and has an abortion as long as they show the princess deal with the guilt and anguish after realizing the consequences of her selfish choice wherein she seeks redemption for a "happy ending" -- or as happy an ending as one can have after such.

Planned Parenthood Keystone, which serves 37 counties in Pennsylvania and has offices in the Lehigh Valley, Harrisburg, Warminster and York, according to its website. The organization did not respond to outlets' requests for comment on the tweet.
