Kentucky Sen. Mitch McConnell was photobombed at the voting booth on Tuesday by an unidentified voter giving a thumbs down.

The Republican and Senate Minority Leader faced Democrat Alison Lundergan Grimes on the ballot.

The Grimes campaign tweeted the photo, saying “Hey Kentucky — you have 5 hours left to vote!” and later deleted the post, Bloomberg reported.

The photobomb image was taken by Aaron P. Bernstein, a stringer for Getty Images.

It quickly went viral and sparked reaction among Twitter users.
