A California man reported has won big money in lottery scratch-off games four times in the past six months, winning more than $6 million, according to KTLA-TV.
KTLA-TV said the California Lottery released a photo of Antulio Mazariegos Friday claiming the winning ticket in the California Black Premium Scratchers game worth $5 million. He told lottery officials he purchased the ticket in Van Nuys, buying the last three tickets the store had, according to the television station.
According to the California Lottery website, the chances of winning $5 million off the California Black Premium Scratcher game are 1 in 2.4 million. The lottery's website noted that there are only five $5 million tickets in the entire Black Premium game statewide.
The California Lottery wrote that during the same visit, Mazariegos also turned in two other tickets worth $1,000 and $600, KTLA-TV reported. In November, he won another scratch off game for $1 million after purchasing a ticket in Los Angeles neighborhood of Panorama City, the television station noted.
Mazariegos reportedly told lottery officials he has no idea why he has been so lucky of late playing the lottery.
Many on social media commented about Mazariegos's luck.
