An Iowa man is $300,000 richer after winning the lottery by picking numbers he says came to him in a dream.
Davenport reisdent Kelvin Wynn matched four numbers drawn in order to score 10 prizes worth $30,000 each in Tuesday's drawing, WQAD.com reported.
The winning numbers, 2-1-1-2, are the same ones that came to Wynn in a dream a few weeks back, he told the local station.
“Actually I had a dream and in that dream it was hotel room number 2112, but I thought nothing of it,” said Wynn, adding that the numbers presented again the following day in a client's address.
But the signs didn't stop there.
"Wynn says that while he was at a stoplight later the same day, the car in front of him had 2112 in the license plate and a purchase at a department store totaled $21.12," WQAD.com reported.
Though he doesn't play the lottery often, Wynn went out and purchased a Pick 4 ticket with those digits.
The 57-year-old, who works for a landscaping company, plans to put most of the money towards education costs for his three children, but he'll put a little aside for a new set of golf clubs.
