Comedian Louis CK hosted "SNL" this weekend and is drawing ire after a monologue in which he mocked God and mused about if heaven really exists.

First, the comedian and second-time "Saturday Night Live" host asked the audience to clap if they believe they’re going to heaven. Then he went on to say he doesn’t believe there is such a place, even though he said there may be a God and blasted unbelievers who say there's no God because they've never seen him.

“I haven’t seen '12 Years a Slave' yet but that doesn’t mean it doesn’t exist,” he told the audience.

In reference to calling God “Our Father,” CK also questioned the existence of “our mother.”

“Where’s our mother?” he said. “What happened to our mom? What did he do to our mom? Something happened. Somewhere in heaven there’s a porch with a dead lady under it.”

Then CK speculated that God may be a divorced, single father trying to care take of mankind on his own.

People took to Twitter to express their dismay with Louis CK’s monologue.

However, actress Rosario Dawson weighed in, saying she thought his monologue was “hilarious.”
