Liz Dickson's Butt Golf-Shot Prank for Playboy Tees Up Lawsuit

By    |   Monday, 17 March 2014 09:13 AM EDT

Liz Dickson, a model who was hit in the butt with a golf club during a Playboy radio show stunt in 2012, is suing Hugh Hefner's company and the DJ host for $500,000 and punitive damages.

Dickson agreed to the March 2012 photo stunt, which involved her lying on her stomach with her buttocks partially exposed at the Playboy Golf Finals in Los Angeles.

"A golf tee was then placed between the cheeks of her buttocks and a golf ball was placed on top of the tee," the lawsuit reads. "It was then expected that defendant Kevin Kline [host of the "Playboy Morning Show] was to stand over the plaintiff with a golf club poised to hit the ball and be photographed."

Dickson alleges that Kline then "negligently" hit her backside with the golf club "without her permission or consent," resulting in severe bodily injuries that caused pain, suffering, worry and anxiety.

She is seeking $500,000 along with punitive damages for the "battering" she suffered, CBS Los Angeles reported.

Neither Playboy Enterprises nor Kline have responded to the lawsuit, which was filed in Los Angeles Superior Court last week.
