A Tennessee liquor store owner has put a sign in the window showing support of Ukraine by refusing to sell Russian vodka.
A photo of the sign, which says, “Due to the recent Russian aggression, Bob’s will NO LONGER sell Russian vodka,” was posted on Twitter.

Euromaiden PR, the headquarters for the national resistance in Ukraine, also posted the picture.
On the
store website, it was also noted that all Russian vodkas in stock were being clearanced out at cost.
Some stores were already
boycotting Russian vodka because of the country’s stance on homosexuality.
Many online said they could get behind the idea of boycotting Russian products in response to the country’s invasion of Crimea and the escalating violence in Ukraine.
In the European Union, artists are canceling performances in Russia and some are calling for a
“cultural boycott” of the country, Radio Free Europe/Radio Liberty reported.
Dutch and German artists asked for a boycott of Manifesta, a contemporary art celebration scheduled in St. Petersburg in June, Radio Free Europe said.
The director of Latvia’s New Riga Theater, Alvis Khermanis, withdrew from a joint project with the Bolshoi Theater in Moscow, and called off other tours and appearances.
“Russia's military aggression against Ukraine has created a situation in which no Latvian citizen can remain neutral," the theater said in a statement.

He later added in a tweet that Russian vodka would be good for cleaning things.
