Kylie Jenner was attacked while leaving a Chris Brown concert in Anaheim, California, on Friday night. She her head snapped backward by a hair-pulling assailant.

TMZ captured video of the incident, showing Jenner wince and clutch her head in pain.

"While Kylie's being escorted into the concert by approximately one million bodyguards, a crazed fan manages to stick her hand out and pull Kylie's hair. Ouch! That tug looks painful!" wrote Cosmopolitan magazine.

Besides the hair tug, Jenner, the daughter of Kris and Caitlyn Jenner, was reported to have had a great time at the concert. She was seen alongside her half-sister Khloe Kardashian, cheering for her boyfriend of one year, 25-year-old rapper Tyga, while he performed on stage.

A day after the concert, Jenner was spotted back in her native Calabasas rocking a brand new hair color closer to her natural black, The Daily Mail reported. She had previously dyed it a fascinating blonde-green color.

Last week, actor Jessica Alba, 34, said that she was manhandled by Jenner's bodyguards during New York Fashion Week. After the hair-pulling incident, it's easy to see what they're dealing with.

"I was just really shocked. I got bodychecked!" she told Andy Cohen on "Watch What Happens Live," Us magazine reported. "I thought there was a fire. I guess someone was just leaving the building. Yeah, I don’t know, it was just real shocking."
