In what some are calling a PR coup, it came to the public’s attention Thursday that KFC’s official Twitter account only follows 11 people, and for a very specific reason.

More than 1.2 million users follow KFC’s Twitter feed, but social media PR manager Mike Edgette from Tall Grass PR tweeted out the reason why only 11 people are being followed by the fried chicken chain’s account, Business Insider reported.

The 11 followers are the five women who made up the British pop group The Spice Girls and six gentlemen named Herb, making 11 Herbs and Spices, just like the recipe. The men include jazz trumpeter and record executive Herb Alpert, Green Bay Packer Herb Waters, Los Angeles City Council President Herb Wesson, and some other lesser known Herbs, Business Insider reported.

Twitter was full of praise for Edgette and how he figured out the mystery behind the KFC account, as well as for the PR genius at KFC who came up with the idea in the first place.
