Just three months after giving birth to Prince George, Kate Middleton showed off her volleyball skills and her post-baby body — in heels no less — at a sports workshop.
Middleton, the Duchess of Cambridge, made a solo appearance at a SportsAid Athlete Workshop at London's Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park and Prince William's wife even took to the court at the end to spike a few points.

"She was a natural,"
18-year-old Toby French, a volleyball player from Chelmsford, told Us Weekly. "You can tell she's sporty. She said she's played a little before."
Founded in 1976, SportsAid is a charity devoted to helping young British athletes.
"The thing that has really struck me is how keen she was to see what we did in action," SportsAid's chief executive, Tim Lawler, told Us Weekly. "She was very bright, very switched on, and she asked all the right questions. But more than that, she was very thoughtful and listened well."
Middleton did hesitate, though, when asked if she wanted to try fencing.
"I've brought the wrong shoes," she told SportsAid organizers.
