Joseph Jakubowski, a Wisconsin fugitive who sent the president a 161-page manifesto, has been taken into custody after a 10-day manhunt.
Jakubowski, who allegedly stole more than a dozen firearms along with sending the letter to President Donald Trump, was captured early Friday at a farm in southern Wisconsin after someone made a 911 call about a suspicious person on the property.
The suspect had last appeared in a video where he was seen taking the manifesto to a mailbox. An unknown individual recorded the clip.
According to Fox News, police moved in on the area where Jakubowski had been camping out Friday morning, and despite surrounding the perimeter of the area ready for a fight, the man gave himself up rather "peacefully."
Authorities did find firearms at Jakubowski's camp.
The suspect’s mailed manifesto spoke of his disdain for things such as religion and government while exposing his desire to carry out attacks.
"We the people should be out for these sick minded people belonging to the system! We need to spill their blood!" the document read, in part.
In addition, authorities are trying to figure out whether another letter mailed by someone claiming to be Jakubowski is legitimate or not. It included references to violence at churches on Easter Sunday, churches specifically located in the Sussex, Wisconsin, near Milwaukee.
Jakubowski was to be charged Friday afternoon.
