Actor John Leguizamo was so upset when President Donald Trump won Florida and its 29 Electoral College votes that he had a temper tantrum on social media, bashing Floridians.
"Florida is dead to me!" the "John Wick" star tweeted on Wednesday. "Let the lemmings drive their golf carts into the ocean!"
Leguizamo has been vocal on social media about the 2020 presidential election and had fired off dozens of tweets showing his support for the Democrats before he went into his full-on childish tantrum.
"This is my America! And this is how a healthy democracy works!" he tweeted on Wednesday. "Every mail vote has to be counted! No short cuts or cut offs! Every vote counts in this country maybe not Russia!"
In another post, Leguizamo retweeted a post by Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, D-N.Y., stating that Trump's "premature claims of victory are illegitimate, dangerous, and authoritarian."
"Damn straight he is illegitimate! #CountEveryVote #CountAllTheVotes #CountTheVotes," the actor wrote.
Senior citizens and Cuban Americans helped swing the vote in favor of Trump in Florida, according to Fox News, which reported that senior citizens voted by a 9% margin for the president over Democrat Joe Biden. Although 59% of Hispanic voters supported Biden, Cuban voters went in favor of Trump, who had a years-long strategy of courting them.
