That's settled. A lawsuit accusing Dallas Cowboys owner Jerry Jones of sexually assaulting a stripper was thrown out of court this week.

The suit, filed in September by Jana Weckerly, accused Jones of groping her and then forcing her to watch while another woman gave him oral sex, the New York Daily News said. She also said in the lawsuit that he paid her for four years to keep the incident quiet.

The decision, which was reached in mediation, to dismiss the case with prejudice also said that Weckerly could not take anything from Jones, the Dallas Cowboys, or Jones’ attorney, Levi McCathern, and his firm, CBS Dallas-Fort Worth said.

The alleged incident Weckerly described in the lawsuit was reported to have happened in 2009. In August, racy photos of Jones with two different women appeared on the Internet.

“Someone has misrepresented photos taken at a restaurant five years ago for their own purposes,” Jones told reporters at the time. “And so I’m not just going to comment. That's really all I’d like to get into.”

Jones also said he knew the photos existed. The two women in the photos, both exotic dancers, reportedly got an attorney when the photos appeared because they were worried Jones, who has been married for 50 years, would “go after them in court,” the Daily Mail said.

Although both sides in the lawsuit were barred by the judge from making comments in the media after the dismissal, McCathern told the Times in an email, "We are pleased with the Court's Judgment against Ms. Weckerly. Ms. Weckerly's allegations were false. This case is over."

“Neither Jerry Jones nor the Cowboys have paid us any money,” Thomas Bowers III, Weckerly’s attorney, told Bloomberg News. “A defense motion to dismiss had been granted by the judge in the case and we don’t contest the judgment entered by the court.”
