Jane Fonda is getting cheeky. First, the 82-year-old said she regretted not having sex with singer-songwriter Marvin Gaye, and she has now revealed that she and Michael Jackson once went skinny-dipping together.
Fonda dropped the bombshell while discussing her friendship with the King of Pop in a new episode of "Watch What Happens Live With Andy Cohen."
"I skinny-dipped with him," she told the talk show host. "How about that? Put that in your pipe and smoke it."
Fonda did not divulge any further details, but she did open up about her bond with Jackson, which developed while she was filming the 1981 film "On Golden Pond." During that time, Jackson, who died on June 25, 2009 at the age of 50, spent a week at her house.
"He slept on a mattress that he pulled out on the floor of the living room. I slept on a loft upstairs," Fonda said.
"I knew him pretty well. I went to his house a lot. He came over to my house a lot," she added.
Earlier this month, Fonda stunned The New York Times readers when she said she wished she had slept with Gaye. The topic came about during a quick round of "Confirm or Deny" questions with Times reporter Maureen Dowd, who asked if her greatest regret was not having sex with Che Guevara.
"No, I don’t think about him. Who I do think about, and what is a great regret is Marvin Gaye," Fonda said. "He wanted to and I didn’t. I was married to Tom [Hayden]."
