“Happy Days” star Cathy Silvers had to be airlifted from a California mountain range after breaking her leg while hiking on Sunday.

The 58-year-old actress, best known as Jenny Piccalo on the popular sitcom, was out mountain biking through the canyons in Santa Clarita with her new boyfriend when they decided to mix things up with some rock climbing.

While descending the technical terrain, Silvers told TMZ she heard a loud cracking noise in her leg. She was unable to put any weight on it and her boyfriend, who she was allegedly on a second date with, had to carry her down for about an hour before they could call 911.

It took several hours before search and rescue was able to locate the couple. A helicopter airlifted Silvers to a nearby hospital, where doctors discovered she had broken two bones in her leg. The pain during the ordeal was unbearable, Silvers told TMZ.

“Happy Days,” which follows the escapades of the Cunningham family living through the 1950s, aired from 1974 to 1984. Silvers starred in 55 episodes between 1980 and 1984, per IMDB.
