Guns N' Roses concerts can attract a rough crowd and on Saturday authorities arrested at least 30 people when the hard rockers played MetLife Stadium in East Rutherford, New Jersey, reported
WKXW-FM.
New Jersey State Police said the charges ranged from disorderly conduct to possession of marijuana. Sgt. Gregory Williams told WKXW-FM that one woman, Kimberly Goodman, was arrested for aggravated assault on an officer.
NJ Advance Media said two officers suffered minor injuries in the assault incident.
Other charges included nine for disorderly conduct, 11 for solicitation, one for "open lewdness," one for resisting arrest, two for simple assault, one for harassment, three for criminal trespassing, and one for possession of marijuana under 50 grams.
Guns N' Roses continued their reunion tour this week, with Axl Rose and guitarist Slash. Susan Holmes-McKagan, model and wife of Guns N' Roses' bassist Duff McKagan, told the
New York Post Page Six that he helped his feuding band members get back together.
"He was a major part of the crew that helped pull this (tour) together," Holmes-McKagan told Page Six. The Post said the band's concert in Los Angeles earlier this year was the first time Rose and Slash played together onstage in 20 years.
"We don't have all those issues anymore," Slash said on "CBS This Morning" earlier, according to the Post. "There's not a lot of controversy. It's something that's more perpetuated by the media than anything."
Guns N' Roses "Not In this Lifetime" tour continues Wednesday at the Georgia Dome in Atlanta, followed by stops at Camping World Stadium in Orlando Friday, and the Mercedes-Benz Superdome on Sunday.
The tour will play its last date in the United States on Aug. 22 at San Diego's Qualcomm Stadium before wrapping up their concert series in South America and Central America.
