Glenne Headly, the actress known for roles in "Dick Tracy," "Mr. Holland's Opus," and "Dirty Rotten Scoundrels," has died at age 63.
A cause of death wasn't immediately reported.
Headly was in production on the Hulu series "Future Man," produced by Seth Rogen, when the show's executives were notified of her death, Deadline reported.
“It is with deep sorrow that we confirm the passing of Glenne Headly,” her reps said in a statement, according to Deadline. “We ask that her family’s privacy be respected in this difficult time.”
Her recent work includes appearances in the film "The Circle" and the HBO series "The Night Of."
Headly got her start at the Steppenwolf Theatre Company in Chicago before appearing in small roles in films including "Fandango," "Seize the Day," and " The Purple Rose of Cairo."
Her big break came in the 1988 film "Dirty Rotten Scoundrels" with Steve Martin.
Headly leaves behind her husband, Byron McCulloch, and son, Stirling.
