Iowa State’s head basketball coach Fred Hoiberg busted out his dance moves after his team made it to the Sweet 16 of the men’s NCAA basketball tournament, and he apologized later to his teenage daughter for the embarrassment.
Hoiberg, 41, was caught post-game on a camera phone in the locker room on Sunday, after his team beat Roy Williams’ North Carolina Tarheels, 85 to 83, in San Antonio to move on during March Madness.

He apologized to his daughter Paige for embarrassing her, but she didn't seem too bothered by it.
Doc Sadler, one of Hoiberg’s assistant coaches, also weighed in on his boss’ dance moves.
Nicknamed “The Mayor,” Hoiberg grew up in Ames, Iowa, and has endured two heart surgeries since 2005, having been born with abnormal bicuspid valve. He also has a pacemaker.
Hoiberg was a decorated basketball player when he played for Iowa State Cyclones’ Johnny Orr and Tim Floyd from 1991 to 1995. He also played for the NBA’s Minnesota Timberwolves from 1995 to 2005 and was vice president of operations for the professional team before becoming coach of the Cyclones in April 2010. He agreed to a 10-year, $20 million contract in March of last year.
