Frank Giaccio, an 11-year-old boy, mowed the White House lawn and met President Donald Trump on Friday, fulfilling a dream he wrote about in a letter to the president.
"It’s probably the biggest day of my life so far," Frank, who goes by the nickname FX, said, according to The Associated Press.
The Falls Church, Virginia, boy runs his own lawn-care business and told Trump in his letter that he admires the president's business acumen. He normally charges $8 to mow a lawn, but decided to mow the White House lawn at no charge.
The letter was read aloud by White House Press Secretary Sarah Sanders.
"I would like to show the nation what young people like me are ready for," Frank wrote.
Trump joined the boy as he mowed, congratulating him and giving him a high five.
At first, Frank was so focused on his work that he hardly seemed to notice the president approach, Newsweek noted.
Twitter users applauded the bright story.
