A YouTube video of a happy, fainting dog excited to see its owner has garnered over 25 million views in just under a week, becoming the latest Internet sensation.
In the video, Casey, a 9-year-old schnauzer from Murrysville, Pennsylvania, is reunited with her owner Rebecca Svetina, who was returning to her family's home for the first time in two years. Overcome with joy, Casey faints amid her happy flurry of whimpers and licks.
"We never expected her to pass out, but luckily she’s fine," Svetina
told ABC affiliate WTAE in a follow up interview.

She explained that her husband, Miha, was recording the reunion so they could send it back to his parents in Slovenia. The easiest way to do that was by uploading it to YouTube.
"A few hours later it got three-hundred clicks, we thought, ooh, wow, that’s a lot," she
explained to WIBW-TV. "So just before we went to bed, we checked again it was six thousand. Wow, it went through the roof."
By morning, the video had surpassed a million views, and the media came calling.
"It exploded. Which was really inconvenient, because we were planning a wedding picnic at my parents' house. And we were trying to decorate and clean. And we were getting media calls from everywhere," she said.
Rebecca and Miha were recently married in the scenic northwest hinterlands of his home country, and were coming home for the first time in two years to have a reception with the family of the bride, they explained.
Friends of theirs from as far away as Copenhagen, Mexico, and Argentina soon wrote to tell them the video was a world-wide hit as Rebecca, Miha, and Casey welcomed reporters into their home and the video broke into the tens of millions of views.
