Viral marketing firm Thinkmodo has done it again, this time using an animatronic devil baby to terrorize New Yorkers and create buzz for the upcoming horror film "Devil's Due."
In a YouTube clip that's already generated more than 4.5 million views in just one day, viewers get a behind-the-scene look at how the Thinkmodo team built the remote control devil baby and rigged it to pop out of an abandoned carriage and spook unsuspecting passers-by.

The reactions are priceless. Some people jump and run away, some laugh, others swear and curse, and one particularly unimpressed street sweeper just stands and stares.
"We decided to have some fun with it and have the stroller approach specific groups of people — some walking, some sitting around enjoying a hot coffee,"
Thinkmodo co-founder Michael Krivicka told Yahoo! Movies. "Lots of fun reactions there."
The marketing firm is the same one responsible for the
October stunt that promoted the remake of "Carrie." In that instance, an actress pretended to exercise her telekinetic powers in a special effects-rigged coffee shop in New York City, stunning its patrons.
"Devil's Due," a found-footage format thriller about a woman who finds out she's pregnant with the spawn of Satan, hits theaters Friday.
